The printed cards are embellished with lace, velour, ribbons, and plastic mesh.  This particular set seems to be a repeat of an earlier, similar one, two of which are shown here (I have only these two from the earlier set:


Here are the old and new versions of one of the card.  As you can see, the lines on the newer one are more delicately drawn, and the card is smaller.

At the bottom of the instructions sheet were some suggestions for decorating the shipping box tomake a holder for the finished cards:


Members who recruited another member were offered a gift:  The Embossing Artcraft Kit, which contained six colors of embossing paint.
